Johnny Depp has been caught drawing bizarre sketched in court and passing them to his lawyer.
Depp launched a defamation lawsuit against Heard in 2019, after the Aquaman star described herself as a victim of domestic abuse in a 2018 article she penned in The Washington Post. The trial began Monday 11 April in Fairfax, Virginia.
Today (April 27) marks the ninth day of the trial and to keep himself amused in court, Depp seems to have taken up sketching. In the video, posted on TikTok by user The G Family, it appears to the 58-year-old actor sketched out what appears to be a portrait.
Benjamin Chew, Depp’s lawyer, put his glasses on to get a better look at the sketch, puts his hands on his chest, then points to the actor while nodding.

User The G Family has narrated over the clip, making it even more comical. He says:
“Johnny Depp looks so serious, like he’s writing something really important… let’s see what he’s writing.
“Important piece of paper, pass over to his attorney,”
“He’s proud of it.”
